Parents: The Health Dept. will be visiting Romney Middle School and other county schools on Wednesday, October 1st to offer the Flu vaccine to staff and students in those schools. **The make-up day for RMS will be October 20th.

If interested, please do one of the following:
Have you child pick up a consent form from the School Nurse
Call your child’s school and request consent form, can be sent with student or faxed
Pick up consent form from the Health Dept.
The completed consent form need to be turned into the School Nurse no later the 9/22/25

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please remember to complete the Hawse Health paperwork if you would like your child to be able to utilize our services during the school year. Hawse Health will be at RMS Monday through Thursday from 8:00–10:00 AM. Parents will be contacted when a student arrives at the office and again after the exam and evaluation. If you would like your child to receive services, you may also send a signed letter to Mrs. Booth requesting services as needed. We plan to begin services on August 26, 2025. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.

The Cambium Family Portal is located at https://wv.portal.cambiumast.com/families.html . To enter the portal, you will need a unique access code that was sent to each students' email address.
